- Management: Management of mental health related concerns in physical and mental illnesses to build systems change and impact. Ability to efficiently collaborate with Tier-1 MNC clients

- Team Management: Supervision, training and building analytical skills of junior team members by motivating and contributing to their continued welfare

- Crisis and Disaster Management: De-escalation of High-Risk and suicidal cases with empathy and by building support systems
- Company/Corporate Advocacy: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia to advocate mental health, equality and rights of the differentially abled.
- Consulting: Provide consultation services to government, corporate and other Non-profit organizations to aid in the designing, implementing and monitoring the change process in mental health services.
